what is the fastest converter for converting xvid to divx ?

I have used DIVX Converter to convert some videos in XVID file format to DIVX. But the problem is that the converter is taking about 3 hours for the entire conversion process. I have searched the internet and found a new converter called Power Video Converter that is able to do this file conversion. The features of this converter look pretty good and attractive to me but I am afraid about using it. Don’t know whether the converter works efficiently or not. If anybody if they have used this Power Video Converter, then please tell me whether the converter was able to do the conversion quickly or not; say less than 2 hours. I am looking for some suggestions about this converter.
